Prior to providing counsel to American Express, Omari addressed high-profile national issues at BerlinRosen, where he steered daily client relations and media outreach as a progressive client counselor and guided clients through the tumultuous 2020 election-year media environment.
At Ketchum, Omari supported media initiatives for Fortune 500 companies including Verizon Media, P&G, Mastercard, The International Space Station and more, where he received PRWeek’s 2019 “Best in Corporate Social Responsibility” award for driving Michelin’s #StreetTread media campaign. That same year, he was recognized as one of the year's most influential Black millennials in the inaugural #MogulMillennialMagic list.
